I study, practice and teach the traditional ashtanga yoga and serve as the director of Rams Pathanjali Pranayoga Vidyapeedom since founding it in 1986. I have 33 years of experience in this field. I am taking classes based on Pathanjali Maharshis Ashtanga Yoga. In that prior importance is given to Pranayoga. Moreover I am taking one day training programmes all over Thrissur district.
Mrs Sreelatha Babu has always been a helping hand for the development of our organization. She has 6 years of experience in this field. Ladies only classes, private classes for ladies are taken by her.
Our Chief Instructor and Mentor is Yogacharya Dr.E.M.G Nair MA,BED, D.Y.N.T. He is one of the stepping stone of our organization's growth.
